Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
i rebuilt a transmission for an individual and it has lost reverse i was paid to build it on the bench
i did not do the Removal and reinstallion i was paid 125.00 by the person who did the R & R .He was paid the whole amount. now am i responsible for the whole amount? I am willing to make good on the rebuild not the removal or replacement

removal and reinstallation----or, perhaps, the two of you share culpability?
