hello i recently was hospitalized for four day with excessive vomitting I am disabled with diabetes and kidney disease I was unable to explain my illness to the doctors because they came very suddenly when returning home from the hospital I looked in my refrigerator tograb the milk that I had purchased on 09/24/2012 the date on the milk said 07/20/2012 being that I had only eaten what I had made with the milk I am sure that my illness came frrom the out of date milk that I purchased becuase it was just a 8 oz bottle of milk I didnt think to check the date because the vendors usually throw out the milk that is out of date upon restock are the vendors liable for my hospital bills and punitive damages
