Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I recently came across some money that was actually accidentally paid to me. I am unable to locate the owner. How long must I wait before the money belongs to me?

Probably, at least three years, and,perhaps, even longer, depending upon
the circumstances as to how this "accident" supposedly came about.(my opinion).
