Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I recently purchased a vehicle in Nov. of 2010. The vehicle was supposedly an All Wheel Drive Vehicle but after taking it to a dealer for servicing, I discovered the vehicle is actually a Front Wheel Drive. What is the dealerships responsibility in this matter?

Perhaps, to provide you with the benefit of what you thought was your
bargain, i.e., an AWD vehicle of the same make and model.

Query whether that is sales puffery and opinion or a material misrepresentation of fact. See an experienced consumer rights attorney about the exact details of the claim, if self-help does not work. The attorney will need to see your purchase documents and you should probably check CARFAX and the title history, etc. Good luck.
