Refund for merchandise

How long in Virginia does a business have to provide a refund for items, or canceled service? In New York the time frame was 20 days. Thanks

Assuming that there is no purchase agreement for the items which specifically addresses this issue, then the likely applicable time period for the refund is one which is reasonable under the circumstances. (I am not aware of any particular statute in the Commonwealth's Code which mandates any particular time period.)
