Reinstate Repossessed vehicle loan
Does the state of Virginia have a Consumer Protection Law that will allow me to reinstate my loan on my repossessed vehicle

No, once you're in default on your loan, there's nothing in Title 59 of the Virginia Code(Consumer Protection Law) that would require your creditor to reinstate your loan in good standing unless the creditor voluntarily chose to do so.
