Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
We rented a vacation home and when we arrived the home was dirty and had a very foul, moldy smell. We cleaned for 2 hours to no avail. We contacted the owner and she became very angry when we told her we could not stay there. We left the property and she has yet to send our $700 back and we do not know what we should do. Please advise us on what our next step should be.......thank you.
