Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I've been requested to file a Bill of Particulars in a civil matter. How much detail do I need to include?

Hard to say, as it depends on the case, etc. Usually the more detail the better, as leaving out important stuff could get your case dismissed and/or get you barred from putting on evidence of things you forgot to put in your particulars. Would be a good idea to have an attorney help yo u or at least review your work. Good luck.
