Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
reside in virginia, traded one car for another at a local dealership, signed a promissory note to cover funds the loan wouldn't. what legal actions can be taken if i don't pay.

Probably the same as would happen with any other loan on which you
defaulted, i.e., action by the creditor to enforce, which could include the filing
of a warrant in debt against you in the general district court or a complaint for judgment in the circuit court, depending upon the amount of the loan involved.
