Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Retail installment sale contract
I have recently purchased a car and have a retail istallment sale contract signed by myself and the dealer and now I am being told that they need more money down and yet the contract is signed and completely filled out. Can they legally change this contract now? How can I make them honor it?

Re: Retail installment sale contract
No, they cannot change the contract after it is signed by BOTH sides.
