Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

American eagle had a clearance rack and I bought pants fro 25.00 when I got home the had the price sticker over another sticker for 15.00. Should I return the pants or ask for a refund of 10.00.

Re: retail sales
You could take the pants back with their various price stickers along with your receipt and request a $10 refund of your purchase price. (As the old saw goes: them that don't ask, generally don't get.)

Re: retail sales
Clearance items are not typically returnable and I am not sure why you would buy pants you don't really want. But, yes, you can and should ask about it. It could just be simple mistake on their part. Good luck.
