Can I return my car to the dealer within 30 days because I dont like the car

No, not unless your purchase agreement specifically allows for such right of return.

Typically, not unless your contract says so.
However, there is a statute regarding failure to title in 30 days and there are state and federal provisions for "revocation of acceptance" as well as others law that may apply to your situation. Not liking the car is not enough for a case.
You should contact an attorney with experience in consumer law.
