selling a car to a non-insured driver
if you do not have insurance can a dealer sell a car to you and allow you to take it of the lot?

The dealer as far as I am aware has no duty to ensure that the buyer of a vehicle conforms with
state mandated auto liability insurance laws either before or after the buyer purchases the vehicle.
