Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Serving other Company Officers
If the listed Registered Agent is no longer valid for a company can you serve a company's president with a warrant in debt? What other company officers, if any, can be legally served in lieu of a registered agent? The state clerk's office gave us 2 other listed officers (president and owner) besides the registered agent who apparently no longer lives at the address the state has.

Re: Serving other Company Officers
Serve 'em both, in the hope that you'll get at least one of them into court to answer the allegation(s) in your warrant in debt.
