Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Signed a contract to purchase a motor home on Tuesday and was called on Friday and told dealership could not get interest rate in contract and payments would increase, buyer said as far as he was concerned contract was cancelled and he wanted deposit. Now dealer is saying they have the exact terms agreed to in contract and purchaser is obligated to contract. Does purchaser have any rights to cancel?

If this original purchase agreement includes a clause that allows for buyer cancellation under the circumstances described, then, I would say yes,
However, if there is no such clause, then, probably not (in my opinion).
