Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
I signed a loan agreement with a car dealership for a new car that had not been delivered. The car was delivered, but I have not taken ownership of the car (as of Monday). I told the dealership on Monday that I no longer wanted the car. Is the loan agreement a legally binding agreement or can I walk away from the deal?
