Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

i took out a stupid title loan and it was taken the other day even though i havent missed a payment and they said that i was late and thats why they took it.they are suppose to send a letter which i did not get and i had pd just on the 5th and not one word in fact they ask about coming on the 18 but took it on the 16th.i just dont know what to do,
