Can I sue for finding a larva while cooking that was in a purchased sealed product?

Sure, you can sue, but assuming you suffered no real damages
from this larval pest safely sealed away in your recently purchased (organic?) food product, I suspect that your potential recovery might be severely curtailed--to maybe a $1 or so.
