Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

How can I sue Verizon? I have been with Verizon Fios since March 2010, When I first established an account with them, it was just for internet. A month later I added the Televison. I asked for the 2 play package, which was only 69.99 plus tax. They have been adding things onto my account without my knowledge, and when I recieve the bill, I am noticing, I am being charged for things I didn't ask for. All I wanted was basic TV and internet, and they can't seem to get that correct. Then, they gave me 90 free of HBO/Cinemax, which I thought at the end of 90 days, if you don't opt for it, it's automatically taken off.. Not with Verizon, they will charge you for it, until you decided to cancel it.. I didn't ask for anything free, so why should I have to cancel? They have been overcharging me for a few months now, and it seems like I have to just chuck it up, and pay, because no one will help.. Every month, I have been calling them, complaining about something, and it seems like they can't help me... I need help.. I have a 2 year contract with them, and I need out, not to mention, all the overpayments I have made, I want a refund.. How can I go about doing thing? Please help me.

It is not unusual for a company these days offering so-called "freebies" for a trial period to require that the customer specifically call and cancel that particular service after the trial period has ended or s/he will be charged for it. However, if other items/services were added to your account which you did not request nor agree to and for which you were charged, you have every right to request that these be removed from your account and a refund

provided(for however many there may be).
