Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
We had a Summons to answer interrogatories back in Nov 09,we called to have it continued - we all were home with H1N1..the clerk said they would send us notification when the next date would be..never received anything until this past Sat 1/9/10.stating a show cause for 1/13/10..If my husband cant make it due to a mandatory meeting at his work..can i go in place of him? We are in VA..
