Title Problems
I bought a motorcycle and the titled was altered and void and the person i bought it from is not on title he bought it and never titled it. I wanted to know how I can title it in my name or if i can put a lein on it for i have done alot of work to it if so how

You should be able to go your local DMV office
and after explaining the circumstances, obtain a replacement title. (You should bring the old title
and proof of purchase, if possible.)
