Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Towing company towed vehicle from parking lot stating it was parked in a non-designated parking spot. The spot was not marked and there was no signage stating the spot was non designated. They will not refund monies how do i sue in small claims court

you want to file a small claims court case.
