Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Hi , traded in my car and purchased a used car from low end used car dealer. The tire fell apart on the highway on the way home from that dealer and damaged the car. Who is responsible for repairs or are their any other possible options?

Probably, you (assuming you purchased this vehicle AS IS, i.e.,
without warranties or guarantees of any kind).
Nevertheless, notwithstanding all of the above, there, of course, would be no reason for you not to contact this dealer and request that he take care of it.
