Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
transmission damaged
my transmission was serviced at Jiffy Lube and 30 minute slater, it no longer owrkd. The transmission had to be completely rebuilt. Jiffy Lube refuses to reimburse these expenses as AAMCO did not retain the original transmission for inspection. Do I have any recourse?

Possibly. I would suggest you hire an attorney with experience in consumer law.
