Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
undelivered furniture
I ordered a couch through a interior
designer and paid 10,000 to her.
Delivery was promised by Nov.2006.
We still have not received the couch.
She claims the hold up is the
manufacturer. What is my recourse?

Why not ask her for a refund of your money or you'll see her in court?
