Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Uniform Rental Service
I was renting uniforms through a service at my company. They increased the cost without notifying me or increasing my pay deduction. Months later they are taking the full difference now owed out of my next check. Is this legal?

Re: Uniform Rental Service
Yes, I suspect that it is , based upon what was probably an oral agreement between you and your employer concerning what the latter could charge
you for this uniform service.
