Van
I bought a van thru a dealer and the motor blew and they put another motor in but it runs really bad,gears are not right and it changes gears really hard and now they dont want to fix it again,I dont feel its safe for my handicap son what can i do.

Assuming that this was a used vehicle and therefore without lemon law coverage, was there any warranty coverage at all for this rattletrap van? If not, and you purchased the van AS IS (meaning without warranty of any kind), and you were in no way defrauded by the seller( given material misrepresentations regarding the van's mechanical condition), I'd say there's not much that you can now do about it other than sell this clunker for what you can get and start over.
