Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
writing autobiography
I am writing an autobiography, and I woyld like to know if I need written permission to use my doctors names?
I am not writing anything derogatory, just saying tests they ran, diagnoses given, and general information.
I just know the legal situation in using their names.

Re: writing autobiography
Whether you're writing an autobiography, historical account, newpaper article or an Internet blog, references to established facts, including proper names of people connected with those facts, do not require any special permission from those folks for such use.
