Even if the 3 year statue of limitations has ran out in virgina, can they garnish your wages. The credit card was issued theough Ohio or South DAKOTA

If you work in North Carolina, the applicable law regarding the statute

of limitations would most likely be that of North Carolina rather than Virginia

since that's where the enforcement action would apparently occur.
