account frozen illigaly
I have an account that me and my husband share but we are no longer living together but still married. I dont put money into the shared account only he does and a collector has frozen the account for a debt i owe.
They are now gonna take the money that he put into the account from him when the debt is not his is this leagal and how can i get the account unfrozen?

The joint account creates the presumption in law that any and all monies in this kind of account are owned equally by the joint holders(you and your husband), and, therefore, subject to collection by your judgment creditor.
