need advice

yes I am 87 yrs old and I was in the hospital for a while I have gotten behind on some of my credit cards.I am sending them $10 a month and they said that was not accepted can they sued me or what .my propery is in my name and some one else

Yes, unfortunately the credit card companies can sue you if you're not paying at least the minimum amount per month required on each account.
