whats the best approach to take with in forgery and fraud of a credit card to recieve less of a prosecution ??

Helps if you are innocent or guilty of a lesser charge (misdemeanor, etc.). Best approach is to hire an attorney immediately and discuss with your attorney. These are serious charges calling for jail time. Good luck.

a competent criminal defense counsel as soon as possible, or have
the court appoint one if the accused cannot afford to hire such
on his or her own.
