Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Astudent of mine prepaid for a horse riding lesson. During the next 6 months I offered several times to give her that lesson, now she wants a refund. I told her the service is still available but a refund is not. Am I correct in this?

No, not necessarily (in my opinion) depending upon what the terms

were of the original agreement between you and her to provide this

particular lesson.
