Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

If my bank has $1000, and im garnished for $5000, does the remaining $4000 wait for more money to be paid into this bank, or will it be transferred and target a second bank account of mine?

Your judgment creditor would likely be inclined to leave the first

garnishment in place against your bank account, and if additional accounts are

located, have additional garnishments issued against them.
