Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

breach of contract with son

I loaned $65k to my son, through his LLC, for a development project in Virginia. I have a signed contract stating the terms of our agreement. The contract states that he will personally guarantee my money and interest. I'm sure he used at least some of the money to pay for his personal expenses. Question 1) Is that fraud or embezellment? Now he says he sold his part of the project to his partner and he doesn't have any money to pay us. He now moved to California. 2) What recourse do I have? I live in Wisconsin.
