can i break a vehicle lease
If the lessee of a vehicle dies, can the lease be terminated with no penalties, there are no survivers of the lessee who died. Would the estate liable for the rest of the lease

It would, I believe, depend upon the terms of the lease itself as to whether the estate of the deceased lessee would be responsible for any balance owed under such a lease.
