Contact the clerk's office of the court where this judgment

has been recorded and explain to them that you wish to pay it off, i.e., satisfy the judgment, but you need to know the name of the business entity or person(s) who are now entitled to receive your payment and their contact information before that can happen.

But, if, perchance, the clerk is unable to provide you with this information (for

whatever reason) then you could request that the matter be scheduled for a hearing to determine an appropriate disposition for it.

Payment to satisfy a judgment may be made to the Clerk if the judgment creditor cannot be located. The judgment is still valid (until its normal expiration) if the creditor no longer exists. It either belongs to someone else, or to the trustees of that entity in liquidation.
