Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

We called a credit card and the person who answered said that the finance charge would be waived in light of our good payment history. The company has reimposed the fee and states that she did not have the authority to waive the fee.

What is your question? I assume you can file suit or do nothing. Probably not enough money to sue over, but you don't say either way. Good luck.
