Car Reposession
I am a soldier in the united states army and i am deployed right now for a year, the person who has power of attorney over my assets failed to pay my car note and now my car has been reposessed what can i do to fix this, is there anyway to fix this?

You might want to discuss it with the JAG officer assigned to your unit and see whether he or she might be able to write to the car repossessor to explain the circumstances underlying the repossession and to determine whether anything could now be done to undo the repossession of the vehicle.
