1 Answer from Attorneys
Arrange for a consultation with a Virginia attorney who is appropriately experienced and knowledgeable in consumer affairs matters, and who after reviewing the pertinent facts and related documents should then be able to advise you as to a reasonable course of action in the situation
which you've described.
You may have one or more defenses to this claim which could
include the statute of limitations and would be most ill-advised to merely
pay this company 's demand without first consulting an attorney.
