Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

if the card is issued in Ohio OR Sout Dakota can they sue for those stated because I thing there statue is longer

Depends upon where you live and.or work. If you live in Virginia

or work in N. Carolina, you could be sued in either jurisdiction

if you can be properly served with the lawsuit paperwork, and the laws

of the state in which such suit is initiated regarding statute of limitations should control rather than those of Ohio or S. Dakota.
