Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Century link and I agreed on a payment of 117.44 instead they took 176.50 with is causing me to incur overdraft fees due to insufficient funds. Do i have any recourse if they refuse to pay all overdrafts they have caused?

Yes, if you can prove that in fact there was such an agreement and that the company violated it, and thereby caused you to incur losses, i.e., damages.
