Child Support

I owe approx. $20,000 in back child support and is not making cuurent payments. What are my legal ramification? Can I get a waiver for the back money or set up an installment plan that is within my budget? This would be in addition to making the $60.00 weekly child support payments. Your best approach is to contact your nearest DCSE office and arrange an appointment to come in

to their office to discuss your situation and to determine what kind of plan can be put in place to reduce your arrearages which are not going to be "waived" under any circumstances.
