Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I have a civil claim judgement on my credit report, I never received a summons to go to court and I have proof that the debt is not mines. What can I do to rectify this?

One option would be for you to submit a statement of up to 250 words to each of the three major credit reporting agencies detailing your contest of this adverse item on your credit report.
