Civil Judgements

If you have a civil judgement against you what can be done to insure payment is made, ie wage garnishments, etc. What is the percentage that can be taken for a wage garnishment?

Re: Civil Judgements

The best way to ensure that payment is made is to send payment, asking that the judgment be released upon receipt of payment. A garnishment can take 25% of wages over the minimum wage, unless it is a tax or support garnishment. If you want to pay more, of course, you can do that.
