Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Collecting a debt

CAN I buy a debt from a corporation

and attempt to collect the debt as

an individual? A corporation needs

an attorney in VA and the debt is

not big enough for the corporation

to spend money in attempt to collect, I can buy the debt at 10%

of the money owed.

thanks

carol
