Collecting a debt from military personel
We are an auto dealership. How do we collect payment if the customer is active military?

If the serviceperson has defaulted on his or her vehicle loan, your first priority should be to repossess the vehicle and then worry about collecting any deficiency which may be due on the note if the vehicle fails to bring enough at auction to pay it off.
