collecting on a judgement of a military personnel

Received a Judgement from Va Beach courts for unpaid dental treatment. Person is an active duty military personnel and wages can not be garnished. Need to know the protical to collect via the Navy, if there is such a way. Thank you. LF

Re: collecting on a judgement of a military personnel

If, in obtaining the judgment, you complied with the Soldiers & Sailors Civil Relief Act, you may obtain the equivalent of a garnishment through an "Involuntary Allotment" of the service member's pay.
