After a co-signer default, and the party was found newly married,can the husbands name be included on the warranrt of debt, After the co-signer has been in cognito for a long period of time?

I don't understand the reference to the co-signer being in cognito.
However, the debt is only with the spouse who actually signed or entered into the arrangement. The husband is not responsible for the debt, especially when married after to the fact.
