Confessed Judgement Note
If the amount on the confesed judgement note is different (less than) than the amount that I owe, do I pay for what I signed for on the note or am I obligated to pay additional money? For example I owe $4,000, however the note said $2,100. The note has been signed and notorized by both parties.

Re: Confessed Judgement Note
More information is needed. Is the reduced amount
on the confessed judgment note the result of an agreement between the parties or is it an error
in favor of the debtor (you).
